Evo kaj sam napiso na snowguns.com
i founded something more about these, and here is what i will do...
i will buy 140 1/4W R=12 carbon resistors ( they are about 10 cents i think )
i wan a make 30W(N) heating cable
my house line is 220V(U)
that is :

N=IxU and that would be
I=N:W=30:220=136mA
R=U:I=220:136=1618ohm
R1(resistance per one resistor)=1618:140=11,56omh
now i am looking for closes resistor, and that is 12ohm
power of heater i will get:

R=(R1+R2...+how much you have resistors...)
R=170x12=1680 ( if you look at previous result that i get for resistance you will see that this is bigges cause i took the resistor that was most colosely to my result of wich resistor i need)
I=U:R=220:1680=0,13095...A ( or 131mA )
N=IxU=0,13095x220=28,80952...W ( or ~29W )
power of just one resistor:
------------------------------
N1=N:140=28,81:140=0,20547...W ( or 0,21W )
Heating cabel power will be 29W, and power per one resistor will be 0,21W wich is good cause resistor is rated to 0,25W so the resistor will not burn up...
each resistor is long about 6 cm but you can cut wires wich are going out from him and you can make it about 3 cm, thats what i will do, and than i will connect them parralell, so cable will be long about 3.5m
after that i will buy a hose with small diameter and put all the resistors in, that will be insulation from water and geting shocked, i will make plug wich i will conect + wire to one side of heating cable and - on other side of cable, and if it will work i will conect it to my power suply on fangun
it will be making temp about 40°C
cost of resistors and hose will be about 5 dollars
i hope that i calculated all good and that this thing will be working

evo napravil sam grijaci kabel od otpornika koji ima nekih 23W
napravil sam ga od oko 135 otpornika (1/4W, 15omh), i stavil sam ga na top oko mlaznica i ventila, grije dobro u kuci, nadam se da ce i vani kad bude -3, -4
evo slike, grijaci kabel je ovo iza mlaznica, u tankoj cijevi
